Mieah joined in 2006 and currently serves as Director of Employment Services for Expertise Group of companies. Mieah overseas the HR and immigration, training, recruitment and relocation divisions. She has extensive experience in Bermuda work permit policy, performance appraisal, employee discipline and employment policy.
Mieah possesses a Bachelors in Psychology and Business and holds a Masters in HR Management and Employment Relations from Brunel University.
